CHANGES TO POSTAGE & CHECKOUT - New and improved!
For your convenience we have made changes to how postage is calculated and how it is applied at checkout.
When you proceed to checkout you will be given the option of chosing either Regular Post or Express Post.
Regular Post: If Regular Post is chosen at checkout a once-off postage fee of $13.50 will be applied. This is to cover the cost of an Australia Post Regular Parcel Post satchel. No matter the size of your order you will only be charged this postage fee once, even if your order requires a number of postage satchels.
In addition to the Regular Post charge, a 3.5% handling fee will also be applied to your order total. This is to cover costs in addition to the postage satchel, such as Paypal and Credit card fees, as well as packaging costs.
Example: If you were to order items worth $100 and chose Regular Post, you would be charged a once-off $13.50 postage fee, plus $3.97 for handling (3.5% of order total), giving a total charge for postage and handling of $17.47... and an order total of $117.47
If you were to order items worth $300 and chose Regular Post, you would still only be charged a once-off $13.50 postage fee, plus $10.97 for handling (3.5% of order total), giving a total charge for postage and handling of $24.47... and an order total of $324.47
...so only $7 more in postage and handling for and extra $200 worth of goods.
Express Post: The same procedure applies when Express Post is chosen at checkout, except with a slightly higher once-off postage charge of $15.50 (instead of $13.50) to cover the cost of the Express Post satchel, and a slightly higher 5% handling fee (instead of 3.5%) to cover Paypal and/or Credit card fees, as well as packaging costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made using credit cards, either VISA or MASTERCARD, or via a PayPal account. The payment facility is provided by PayPal, however, you do not need a PayPal account to make your payment using your VISA or MASTERCARD.
When checking out you will be directed to a PayPal page, where you will be asked if you would like to pay using a Paypal account, or a credit/debit card for those that are not PayPal members.
Dispatch and Delivery Time Frames:
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receival. Taking into account our 2pm cut-off, we endeavour to dispatch orders on the same business day as they are received. Occasionally circumstances may arise that prohibit this, in which case the order will be dispatched the following business day where possible.
We post Australia-wide and all our products are dispatched in Australia Post satchels, either Express Post or Regular Parcel Post (except bulk orders). For Express post satchels, Australia Post estimate a 1-3 business day delivery timeframe. They only guarantee next day delivery of Express satchels to specific postcodes within the CBD of state capital cities and CBD of some regional cities and major towns. This information can be found at Australia Post's website.
After posting many thousands of express satchels, we have found the vast majority reach their destination within Australia Post's estimated timeframe, including to:
- All major regional towns and major mining areas within W.A. including the Pilbara, Goldfields, Kimberley, Southwest and Great Southern.
- All state capital cities and major regional centres in other states.
Please Note: In other, more remote areas, delivery may take up to 3 business days.
We do not post outside of Australia.
Returns Policy & Transit Damage:
Returns are not accepted on any of our detox products. Please carefully determine your need for these products before purchasing, as refunds will not be offered if you find you no longer require the item.
Some detox products sold by us may come with a manufacturer’s money back guarantee, if so, this will be clearly marked on the packaging. Should you wish to make a claim for a failed test result, it must be lodged with the manufacturer directly, following the manufacturer’s instructions provided on the packaging.
All care is taken when packaging items for dispatch. Items are packed to meet Australia Post's requirements. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, this should be taken up with Australia Post directly. Goods sent via Australia Post are covered for damage or loss, to the value of $100. Australia Post will only deal with the receiver, we cannot do this on your behalf.
Likewise, for orders that take longer than Australia Post's estimated timeframe to be delivered, this needs to be taken up with Australia Post directly. This can only be done by the customer. We are unable to do this on the customer's behalf, as Australia Post doesn't recognise the sender as their customer, they regard the receiver as their customer.
